Mani Festo returns to Flightpath for 2023, following drops on Fabric Originals, Rupture and Shall Not Fade. His last outing on Flightpath was ‘Higher’ in 2021 which included the hard techno hit ‘The Reaper’. On his latest release ‘Rhythm of Life’ he turns up the tempo to 160, exploring a sound palette that takes as much from Psychedelic Trance as it does from Hardcore and Jungle.

Having been inspired by these sounds since his teenage years, it was only a matter of time before Mani Festo’s studio experiments led to the fusing of these styles. On paper it could be considered to be an unexpected hybrid of sounds, however they have been executed here to great effect. The rolling bass, four to the floor kick drums and clattering breakbeats of both tracks have been ripping up dancefloors across Europe for the past 12 months.

Finally ready to be fully unleashed into the world these 2 tracks continue on Flightpath’s mission to cross borders and blend genres. Digging deeper into the trenches that bridge the gap between the worlds of Techno and Bass music.
